Our redemption address is not a wallet address, it is randomly generated by the system, and no one has a private key. Our redemptions are done entirely through smart contracts, without any human intervention. Any wrong currency, wrong address, wrong chain, not according to the process of redemption can not be reversed, please be sure to check before confirmation.
