What are Registration Documents and why do we need to provide these?

All entities must be registered with the appropriate authorities. This document is a validation of the date and place of incorporation of the legal entity. 

Both Certificates of Registration and Certificate of Good Standing are acceptable registration documents that can be used to verify the existence, name, and date of incorporation of the legal entity.
