The signatory authorization document provides proof that a particular individual or individuals have been given the authority by the legal entity to act or execute on its behalf on the TrueUSD account.
This document could be:
- A Board Consent
- A letter that is signed and dated by the right authorities on the company’s letterhead
- A part of the company’s formation documents such as an operating agreement or partnership agreement.
Please note that such a document must be provided to add authorized signatories to the account.
