What is my "wire reference" code?

The wire reference code is a 9-character code that is created when you initiate a mint or redemption within TrueUSD. For mints, this transaction code is used by our fiduciary partners to match wires in the escrow account with transactions received through the website.

You will find your wire reference code within our wiring instructions after you hit the "Mint" button on your account dashboard.

Please note: failure to provide a reference code for your wire will result in transaction delays or a return of your wire.
