Verify your identity

Before you start, make sure you have all the documents and information outlined in What documents and information will I need?

1. Enter your name
   • Input your first name(given name) and last name(surname) as it appears on your government-issued ID
   • This name must match the name on the bank account you’ll be using to mint and redeem.
2. Provide Tax ID / SSN
   • This field is optional.
3. Upload Government-issued ID
   • Please see the full list of acceptable forms of ID here.
4. Add your Physical Address
   • This address can be a personal or business address.
   • Please note: this address must match your third-party proof-of-address documentation. See a list of valid forms of proof of address here.
