What documents and information will I need?

Individual users minting and/or redeeming TrueUSD using a personal bank account will need the following information:

• Government-issued photo ID
  • Passport
  • See What are acceptable forms of photo ID?
• Basic info
  • Date of Birth
• Residential info
  • Current residential address (cannot be a PO box)
  • For International users - proof of address dated within 90 days
• Ethereum address. What is the Ethereum wallet address that I need to provide?
