How long does it take to complete a mint from wire?

International remittance may take 1-5 working days to reach our bank, and we will usually mint the TrueUSD within one working day upon receiving funds. However, sometimes your bank or intermediary bank may miss the Wire Reference Code causing the remittance to be rejected. You can send the transaction date, transaction amount, wire reference code and remittance slip to [e-mail] 2-3 days after the remittance is sent.
