General Instructions about Translation?

If you need to certify a translation of a document that is not written in English or Chinese, ask the translator or translation company to confirm in writing the translation: 

•  It is a true and accurate translation of the original document;
•  The date of the translation;
•  The full name and contact details of the translator and, in the case of a translation company, details of the company.
